I’m not clear on what you’re saying. Is it that you’re not getting spark at the plug when the engine is running? In that case it might be a worn timer surface causing the contact arm to skip at #1....

The guys are right. It's really shot. A re-core isn't an answer & will accomplish nothing aside from the fact that I think no rad shop will touch it.

Try to eliminate some stuff. For instance getting the rear wheels off the ground & making sure its in neutral. Just suggesting because it might not be that the engine's stuck but that a drive line...

Sorry but Redmodelt has it right. There's a world of difference between the T and the A. The T is basically a wagon with a motor in it and the A is an automobile.
