This doesn't look right to me.

So I got the T running this summer. I put between 5 and 10 miles on it - easy driving up and down my street. While emptying the cooling system to put the car to bed for the winter, I see the...

Have you seen oilers like this lately?

My car came with two of these and I'd like to get two more. They have a brass base with a pot metal flip top. Seems to me a more civilized way to oil the kingpins and the tie rods. When I try to...

Re: Ruckstell question

Thanks for the info, gz. I haven't rode in a car with the Ruckstell yet and I'm having an actuation rod manufactured. I'd rather not have to lengthen the hole in the floorboard to accomodate the...

Ruckstell question

Tom Carnegie wrote an alternative solution to mounting the Ruckstell shift lever for his club's news letter. I thought Tom had an elegant solution so I downloaded the article. I ended up buying an...

Re: 1914 Model T touring

While I'm waiting for the carcass to return from the paint shop, the train whistle that I removed from the car had a broken butterfly valve I didn't think I could fix and looking at the advertisement...

Re: 1925 Ford Roadster pickup for sale

So essentially, you'd be buying a virtually brand new 1925 Roadster pickup with accessories and it's still cheaper than a Lexus.

I double checked to make sure my photos were the right size and I get an "HTTP ERROR 500" if that's any help.

Re: 1914 Model T touring

Went to Ron's to visit my motor yesterday. Should be picking it up in the next week or so.

We painted it Ohio State colors (scarlet and grey) so my sister's children will still talk to me.

Re: replacing spokes

Thanks for the link, Jack. Yeah, that's the wheel I saw at Stutzman's. I've tried Goggling "Hutzman" and nothing came up. I was so close.

Re: replacing spokes

Nice work, Gary. Is that motor off a snowmobile?

The wheel I saw at Stutzman's didn't have a sprocket on it. It was a pulley attached to the wheel - probably belt driven, I assume.

My...

Re: What color code of blue was used in 1911 on Fords?

Thanks John & Phil -

I'm totally enchanted by the idea that the car can change colors depending on the light.

Re: What color code of blue was used in 1911 on Fords?

If you parked that pie wagon in an unlit shed I suspect it would appear to be...
