Windowed engine block
Looking for an A block with obvious damage from an errant connecting rod.
For a table project.
Prefer nearby, to avoid shipping charges.

Update:
All four connecting rods are twisted .003-.0045, pin not parallel to crank. When these rods were removed from the engine, excessive torque was required to loosen. Had to use a two foot...

No indication of pistons hitting cylinder head.
Front oil slinger was missing, cam gear had a big gouge in it where the timing dimple was, we replaced both prior to starting the engine.

Will definitely check rod alignment. We just pulled all the piston/rod assemblies but havent disassembled.

Engine knock
Working with a new A owner on a car that has been stored for 30+ years.
Engine was rebuilt 30 years ago, sleeved to std. bore, one piece guides, adjustable lifters, new babbitt, pistons, etc....

I use that front mount on both of my banger powered cars. The rear mount is oem.

Talking with one of our club members, sounds like this “pump” is more like a part throttle enrichment circuit (power valve) rather than an accel pump.
I have two of them in transit, will try them...
