Convex mirror

Anyone know where to find a CONVEX mirror head for a ‘39 curved arm, door hinge mirror. The mounting shaft is centered on the back of the head.

Early 50’s I think. It’s a conversion to allow the top loader with a closed drive shaft. Good for after the body is finished. No need for major work underneath.

Thanks for letting me listen in. My 39 grinds when upshifting to both second and third. The clutch adjustment suggestion makes sense. Thanks again and good luck.
