Any chance of getting the PART NO on that one connector?

Now is that connector part of the speaker harness or was there another terminal to remove the speaker?

See if the attached shown below...

Trevor, does the SALES BROCHURE actually call it out as COUNTRY CLUB TRIM?

I can't read the fine print.

Post Re: 54 Meteor (Ford) rear axle seals.

There will be ID NOS. on the take-out seal. You can use those to either replace or cross-reference.

Arrow Re: 54 Mercury emergency brake question

The equalizer bar/cables should be routed under the exhaust pipe and in no way come into contact with the driveshaft.

Arrow Re: Sock replacement

There is no 'sock' on a 55 FORD. One equipped (later models) would have it attached to the sender unit for easier service.

How old is the tank? Maybe consider a fuel pressure and volume test.

Post Re: Throttle linkage and spring on engine side of firewall

The PN for the correct spring is B4A 9737-C. This may help you find a NOS or repro.

When you feel you have it assembled correctly, please show a new photo.

You might want to post this under PARTS FOR SALE with heading 1964 FAIRLANE 289 K-CODE PARTS as it will be lost in this section.

This post is causing the confusion. 1954 239CI linkage is completely different from 1955.

ALSO -

POST # 11 Under CORRECTION Is Also Incorrect.

Arrow Re: Throttle linkage and spring on engine side of firewall

There is only one spring for the 1954 239CI, whether S/T or A/T.

Both of you cars is a 2V?

Can you show a photo of the 2nd spring install?
