New car
I've been thinking about getting another Model A, I would like to get a Pickup but I'm afraid I might not fit. I have a late 1931 tudor now. I've had a coupe a fordor and other tudors, are pickups...

I put used diesel oil in my A that sat since 1971, it took about 3 weeks to free up. make sure you take the carb and exhaust off. after that it fired up and ran great.:)

1931 ford sedan
Is there a way to tell if a late 31 is originaly a deluxe? I know you could restore one to be a deluxe but is there something to look for.

Running board trim

When I got my Model A it had been sitting for 45 yrs. I googled unsticking a Model A engine, what I found was to put used Diesel oil in the spark plug holes until full, used diesel oil is more acidic...

It's alive
The 31 Tudor sedan that I bought in Feb. after sitting on blocks since 1971 with a tight engine was fired up yesterday. It started on the second crank, smoked like hell but settled down and ran great...

I'm putting in a new dash wiring harness and I want to make sure I have the wires right. Is the charge side of the ampmeter the positive side?:confused:

The car is a indented firewall 2 dr Sedan, I was looking for a 2 dr because of the Grandkids. The body is super solid, the interior looks like is was redone in the 50's, It was probably painted then...

Just got a late 31
:confused:I bought a late 31 last month, its been sitting since 1971 on blocks. The engine was tight but with drain oil I got it to turn over. I would like to try and start it. What should I look for?
