Re: Recycled Oil Again.....Oh Please!

Both the US Military and NASCAR are running vehicles with recycled oil, albeit with vastly different additive packages. Safety Kleen supplies both. You cannot get much more "mission critical" than...

Victoria Body inboard seatbelt anchor points

On the Victoria body, have other owners used the central thick metal plate (that is the rest for the front seat bottom cushion) as an anchor point for the inboard half of lap belts? Not a great body...

Re: You're probably tired of this

Whenever I have sold a car on the internet here (on Kijiji, which is a better Canadian and European version of Craigslist), I have arranged to meet the buyer at any nearby branch of his/her bank, to...

Re: Gas and Service Stations in Toronto, Canada circa 1930

t-head thank you for this amazing photo. Some of the photos that you post are such high quality that one feels they can walk into the scene. What I mean is that parts of Toronto still look like this,...

Re: 7 Tooth Steering Rebuild

Tyler if you are close to Mac's, then you are not terribly far away from Snyder's; at least within a 2-3 hour drive - if you are buying heavy parts, it could be worth your drive to Snyder's, as well,...

Re: Pinion gear lash adjustment

John,

I asked the same question a while ago and the consensus was that I should make no adjustment. It was suggested that I just reinstall my original pinion gear on the shortened driveshaft and...

Re: Model A Fords and Ford 2.0 and 2.3 engines

I think people are being unfair to Ken Parker here. I have communicated with him by email on another topic and he is really deovted to sustaining the Model A, in every regard.

Re: Mac's survey

Like Fredski, I have made 3 orders from Mac's, all around $500. Have not ordered from elsewhere, simply because I am new to my Model A.

I have concerns about Mac's business practices, in that...
