Re: history on 34 cabriolet

Re: sandblasting chrome rims
I made the mistake of a sandblasting attempt on a door garnish molding for my 36 3 W. Just made a mess. As others have recommended, go see the plating shop. Just a very short immersion will take...

Re: Just won't fire up.

Re: where is this all going
We've had Covid in our family and trust me it's not good. Those who downplay this pandemic will rapidly get a dose of reality once this bug bites them directly. It's always someone else's problem...

Re: 33 in the hills
This great story and this beautiful old Ford make most of us, and our cars, look pretty soft.

1937 dash trim vendor or on-hand inventory
I see there is a valued F'Barner who used to produce 37 Ford dash trim (Donald Vagasky aandtman on this site) . According to an old post, which I regret missing at the time, he was taking...

Re: for sale listing of the day!
When it's the last piece of the Ford puzzle and deep pockets get in the way of sound logic, it's shocking what one may do. Now get out there hold your nose, bid and buy! Then sober up in the morning...

Re: 1937 speedo gear failure/replacement

1937 speedo gear failure/replacement
when replacing the speedo drive gear on my 37 Ford, it seems to me that it likely failed due to lack of lubrication. I use JD corn head grease in the U-joint. Why would the gear not be getting...

Call me a believer. MMO worked to loosen up stuck valves in a 36 Ford LB engine parked for thirty years. I add 5 ounces at every oil change to my high-mileage 2008 GMC Sierra pick-up and there is a...

Re: '36 Ford pickup coming together....
