It was a long time ago, but i recall complete disassembly, and reassembly without any special tools. There is nothing delicate about a shoebox front suspension.

Those building Burtz blocks, are you honing the cylinders, or are you going with the factory hone. Specifically with the stock hastings ring in particular.
