What is the finish on a 30 town Sedan seat adjuster bracket

Trying to figure out what the finish should be on a 30 town sedans seat adjust bracket that mounts to the wooden seat base frame. Mine appears to be either nickled or chrome.

Thanks for all the replies. Sometimes my brain gets stuck in the nonreasoning gear and won’t function as it should. With the doors closed a can see how the upper body color would appear.

This is the plate off the rear door opening below the upper hinge. The jam color is the lower body color and the upper color breaks at the edge where the nails attach it to the body. It’s chickle...

Can anyone tell me where the upper and lower colors break on the top of the door opening on a 1930 fordor? Is it at the seam between the drip rail and the metal header that makes up the upper door...

Your hooks do not look like mine. I’ll have to get a picture for you. My seat frame has a notch with a metal bar on the top of seat frame to accept the body hook and the lower bar of the seat frame...

Looking for windlace samples for 1930-31 town sedan

I’m looking for samples of original windlace for a 1930-31 town sedan, Victoria or deluxe Fordor. The judging manual mentions they are worsted cloth with a oval chain design.

You are correct about the lip, I finally sourced some correct window riser channels with the lip. They seal the window against the door very nice.
