The cab could be warped. Having a door would be helpful, even with correct measurements the shape may not be correct. Maybe post your location, someone close by may be able to loan you a door?

I overlooked the obvious!
I removed the hub seal to inspect the components and as I was going thru my box of bearings and seals I found the culprit.....Guess where the difference...

Open car wiper motor

In case someone else is looking, the correct call out is:
1/2-20 x3/8-24 inverted flare (1/4 tube) brake line adapter.
There are two different sizes the larger adapter is 9/16-18 x 3/8-24 inverted...

So far:
Seal fit is normal
Drum isn’t contacting spindle
Washer fit is normal, no dragging.

Will knock out a seal and inspect inner bearing tomorrow. Visually i can see the radius...

I think it’s a 1/2–20 & female rev flare 1/4” line
