Only the rear hubs had grease seals on 1932-34 passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and big trucks.

My first new car was a '63 Fairlane 500 hardtop with a 260 V8. I traded it in on a new '64 hardtop with a 289 and a four-speed.

Chris, For my pickup, I had a WWII NOS unplated version of the '33 cap painted to match the rest of the golden orange paint on it when the '32 cap is stowed away. Great minds.................

The baffle belongs there and 150 degrees is normal. Fours tend not to be plagued by overheating issues, unlike some flathead V8s of the era.
