top of radiator shroud hot

Is it normal after an in town drive that the top of the shroud around the cap would be too hot to touch? Its in the 80’s outside and very humid. Also, i notice the engine seems alot more sluggish...

fuel dripping out back of carb

So I finally figured out that the GAV wasn't vibrating open, it was just play in the rod. So I tried to set it to drive about 1/4 open yesterday and there was fuel pouring out of the back of the carb...

We have 31'. The GAV moves freely and can adjust it for starting. Once your headed down the road and you try to close it up(clockwise) it just vibrates itself back to about 1/2 a turn open and then...
