Brake lining replacement
This is a task I've never tackled before, but since the shoes are in good condition, I don't see any reason to completely replace them.

General degreasing - any recommendations?
While I've got the head off and the car in the middle of some repairs, I want to also give a really good degreasing to clean it up and also help to identify if/where there are any oil leaks.

Use WD40 to suspend crud in cylinders for removal
The title may sound a bit weird - basically what I'm trying to learn is whether it's safe to use WD-40 in the heads/cylinders as a medium for breaking off and suspending stuck on funk in the cylinder...

Ahh, okay. I am definitely going to fuse basically everything this time around. I really like the idea of a basic manual battery disconnect.
I think that one issue has just made me a tad anxious...

Wiring harness - LENGHTS
So I am on the verge of completely replacing the wiring in our '31 Cabriolet (with cowls).
I found a diagram with all of the wiring information (colors, etc) BUT no information on lengths.
