We do them the way Ford did, they are shrunk on, like a ring gear!
The off set stones, and Machine that I seen, was made by Sunnen, and was made for a single rod pin, and also they came out with...

We shrink ours weights on, they would never need the pins to hold them, but we put them in any way.
