1950 Mercury Lenses

I have a pair of amber front parking/turn signal lenses for a 50 merc. They are glass, not plastic. I ran these for maybe 5 years, but they are in great (I would say right next to mint if not mint)...

1949 1950 1951 Mercury Misc Parts

I have the following 1950 mercury parts available after doing a tranny swap and 12 volt conversion:

Re: Question - 255 Flathead RPM's

I'm not going to be racing my 4-door boat much so I'm not worried about that. I'm pretty confident that the 700 will work out well once I get some bugs worked out. Around town it may not even get...

Re: Question - 255 Flathead RPM's

I gave a bunch of info, but what I was looking for was what RPM to shift and max RPM the flathead can handle. I've had 700's in daily drivers and never really had complaints. I know they aren't...

Re: Mercury Heater Core

Thanks. It makes sense. I just hadn't thought about it before and didn't have my manual handy to look it up.

Re: !!!Aftermarket Seatbelts – My Bad Experience with RETROBELT USA (AKA TRUBELT)!!!

No offense, but like I said on the HAMB, I'll buy used trim or a used intake, but not seatbelts. I have a 2 year old in a carseat that I want to be safe. Some used belts may be fine, but some may...

Re: !!!Aftermarket Seatbelts – My Bad Experience with RETROBELT USA (AKA TRUBELT)!!!

I don't want to get this deleted being political, but I was buying from a company named Retrobelt USA. I thought they were made in the USA. And before you say it, yes I could have asked ahead of...
