Also when judging a specific area the judge can and will have a copy of the standards for that area . No guessing for the correct answer .

Make sure that the tray in the oil pan is all the way in place , if not it can make a very serious knocking noise .

Look in the door jamb for a small set screw . You will have to remove it then you can pull the lock straight out .

I think that someone mentioned that their car would be judged against the car next to it but all vehicles are judged against the standards only and not against any other vehicles being judged .

The cowl band was originally painted body color . I would test fit before painting because if it is a reproduction cowl band it may not fit properly and need some work to make it fit if it will fit...

The kit offered in Brattons is for a two door . You might give them a call as they might have the correct kit for your car as my catalogue is 2 years old .

Check Brattons for a complete package of the screws , nuts , nails Etc. It will most likely cost less than going to your local hardware and purchase by the piece .

I had a beveled glass rear view mirror . It made the reflection much worse , changed to the original and it cut down the reflection a lot .
