My guess is if water got under the U shaped seal it could run down to the drains.

On a 36 sedan I did with 59 Chevy gauges I had same problem. Found some colored plastic sheet. Used heat gun to shrink to the bulb. Worked

Simplest way is to change the wiring. Use the small button that the bulb rest on. Add a long wire out the bottom for the power.

Mighty wiper works good at slow speeds on my 32 coupe. 60 miles an hour and you have basically nothing.

Re: Bullet wire connectors onmy 40MERC

Few times I have dealt with the bullet connector I did a slight crimp on the female with crimp plier. If I found one being stubborn I’d connect them and give a firm crimp to the whole connection.

Drums are the most abused parts on the car. Along with the clutch and flywheel. Then the folks that replace the brake lining without turning the drums. Sorry got on a box for a second.

Used one in a GM distributor. Used the coil they said. Coil got so hot you couldn’t touch it. Contacted GMC buba. He told me to use a ballast resistor. Car was sold and still doing fine.

Lower door seal are held along the bottom of the doors with. Metal clips. If your not going for points you can use black plastic Christmas trees from the auto stores. Trim rubber to length. Windlace...

I used Okie Joe and he will make look new. He fixed the whole thing and it was near perfect. If your near a swap meet he is going to you drop off are pickup. Very nice person.
