Working on a rear brake assembly things were going to smooth . I put the E-brake return spring on the wrong lever I had 4 springs two silver and two black .

Thanks anyway I found my angled pry bar and slid it into the axle hole and under the edge of the seal drove it down on the anvil .

What tool is used to remove seal ? I don't want to damage the bearing none of the pullers I have will fit . 28 - 29

I had a stack of E- Brake carrier plates all with stuck Toggle Levers including the two I just removed . A little heat WD 40 and a big hammer did the job wire wheel and emery cloth they work fine ....

Axle housings looks and feels good I'll check with a bearing . I had a few missing rivets to replace on the brake shoes and find all my brake parts still looking I'm taking a break .

Thanks I'll check in the morning but the bearings looked and rolled great you can see the photo how nice that area is the seals look bent like someone was prying on them.

Both backing plates are toast bottoms are ground flat from road rash . I have a set I'm rebuilding .

700rpm the only difference I see in this frame from the coupe is the emergency brake cross shaft . But I'm sure there's going to be issues .
