I have punched those holes out in v8 blocks in the 60s when i worked on the production line at the Ford Foundry in Cleveland. Was for oil flow. Used a pneumatic hammer with a round end chisel

JR. did 2 for me. ! week turn around on both. He called me to let me hear them both run on his test engine Perfect out of the box. Doesn,t get any better than that

I have one of my old FORD badges with P as first letter which designates Casting plant First two letters denotes Dept. When you changed departments you was issued a different badge I worked in...

if it makes a a difference there are a right front and left rear set also a left front and right rear set could be mixed up
