Headlight Switch Knob and Horn Button Alignment Has Shifted 90 Degrees

The alignment for the horn button and headlight switch knob on my 36 5-Window has shifted from being aligned 12pm to 6pm and is now 3pm to 9pm (shifted 90 degress clockwise). Please see attached...
