Early copper clad Victor gaskets were all marked with 800 only. The 800C gasket is modern, although I do not know when they added the C. Dimensionally they are the same.

Your wire harnesses appear to be NOS Terminal Box to Instrument panel wiring. And yes many of the original wiring has an orange colored wire to the coil instead of red!
