So after my deal with the leaky carb, it runs and doesn't leak but needs coolant, which is the best coolant to put in it. Thanks

Well, my boss is an older lady with a 59 big brake corvette and a 65 vette as well, so there is no shortage of gear heads and grease monkeys here. Were going to try and seal this one with a product...

The only issue I see with this, is that the piece where it doesn't meet is raised, which means I would have file everything else on the carb but the spots where it doesn't meet. That seems like a lot...

that too is warped, checked it yesterday, so should I get a new carb or resurface the one I have, and if I keep it, how do I resurface it.

We do have glass and I have checked the one side opposite from the one with the float attached and it is most definitely not flat, I cannot easily check the other side as there is a fixed piece that...
