Thanks for the replies. I've got everything apart except this bolt. Not very crusty.
So the washer on the threaded end comes off and then drive the bolt out like kind of like a modern wheel lug...

I'm putting new leaf packs (McVeighs) on my 51. I didn't know that the front leaf spring hanger bolt is a forged rivet that needs to be wrecked and replaced. A replacement bolt is not easy to find...
