Congrats, you are very fortunate it came out that easy. Our 29 Tudor driver side pin removal was a nightmare. Lots of heat, PB and eventual drilling.

I believe Mark Maron recommends the Vintage Precision tstat and temp gauge. It's a little pricey and I have not decided yet. Not real excited about the temp gauge in the rad hose.

Weird, so ours is a Nov 29 Tudor. We have brackets mounted to the wood seat frame but no slots. Needless to say, lots of head scratching to figure it out but this site saved our bacon. Thx!
