trunk light extension wire
Hi gents-
I'm installing a new trunk light extension wire in my '48 Ford convert.
Where should this wire enter the trunk? I have replaced the floor
pan.

Hi gents-
The stainless trim on my '48 Ford dash appears to have glued on fasteners-
has anyone replaced these? Would JB weld be a good bet?

Parking brakes
Hi gents-
I'm having trouble installing new parking brake cables on my '48 ford.
The rear cable (loop) will not pull forward enough to fasten to the front cable.
Any ideas?

Drive shaft removal
Hi Gents-
I'm having trouble removing the pin in the drive shaft where it connects
with the banjo assembly. This is a '48 Ford with the torque tube. Are
these tough to remove?

Thanks for the help. I now think I have to order new clips. After
sand blasting and painting the backing plates, The old clips do not
stay in during assembly-

What's the correct sequence for assembling my '48 Lockheed brakes?
Do the hold down clips slide in last? The spring doesn't seem too
easy either-

I think reassembly with new gaskets of the correct original size is the easiest way
out of this- the lathe required will need 18" throw clearance to accommodate the
'48...

this thing anywhere in the area for final assembly with correct backlash.
