The comments I got were that even though it didn't boil over or cause hotspots it did increase the overall temperature of the block, heads etc. Raised the temperature in the engine...

The front pair of hood bumpers are wedge shaped. Does the thickest part go toward the engine or to the outside?

My 2 1/2" pipes to Supertrapps while I had all of the baffles off. In other words straight pipes. For driving I like the baffles better

Happy Day - new engine break-in

Been building this engine for some time now. Going into my 40 to replace the cracked block fiasco. 276, blower, new Edelbrock 1116 heads.
