Re: Rebuld Vs Shock Conversion
Just received my rebuilt (remanufactured and perfect) shocks for my 37 pickup from Andy Falandes. Perfect! I couldn't be happier with this Christmas present.
Thanks Andy.

Re: 1936 Pickup bed floor question
thanks, I'll clean off the rust and reevaluate the condition again as well as the wood. It's a little scary to know half the rebuild time is in the bed as the rest is taking a lot also. Just hope...

Re: 1936 Pickup bed floor question
I been reading the post on the bed floor and I'm thinking I might just try to salvage the floor I have. It needs a couple of holes repaired and I was going to seal the wood under the floor and clean...

Re: 1939 ford steering lock stuck
Success! Thanks to everyone. I'm sure it was a combination of evaporust , PB Blaster, heat, all together. After the soak in evaporust didn't free by itself I took TJs advice and drilled a couple of...

Re: 1939 ford steering lock stuck
I've tried PB Blaster, even covering the lock so it could soak. Also many other products. It just won't move. I am thinking about removing the column so I can get a better angle to trying whacking...

Re: 1939 ford steering lock stuck
Thanks, I was working on it again last night and took a photo of the back side. I sent this to JSeery to post as I don't seem to get that to work. From the back side you can see the button and it...

Re: 1939 ford steering lock stuck
Thanks, I have the switch box off the back. Thinking about removing the switch plate on front, but the pins are almost flush and leave no room to grab. Hate to mess it up.

This is my very first attempt at posting a photo so I hope it works. The photo shows the button flush and it will not move.
