Mitch, to answer your question, no it is not registered as an "antique". I believe if you do, there are restrictions on how much you can drive or use your car.......seems like I remember hearing...

I bought a set of restored California plates about 6 years ago, and was very happy with how they turned out. The man I bought them from was in N. California, and guaranteed the numbers being good at...
