1938 woody muffler
Looking to see if anyone knows where I could get a muffler for my 38 woody without breaking the bank? I think the 400 dollars that ecklers wants is a little steep.

I found a original gauge that is in good shape but does not work. Does anyone have a contact for the guy that restores them? I think this will be the more cost efficient way for me to go.

Zeke3 I have seen them on eBay but the tube is always cut or they are in unknown working condition or just in horrible condition.

I believe I have an original in my car but the thermometer part has turned clear and it has separated at the fitting going into the engine

That’s a great diagram is there a reproduction for part 14419 that’s the one part of my wiring I couldn’t find new. I found a nos wire but I don’t know if i trust it.

Driving light restoration
I have a pair of 1938 unity driving lamps that I need to get restored including being re wired. Is there anyone that does these that does good work?

I’ve always just put non ethanol in my 38 just because that ethanol gas goes bad so quick and gums up the carb quicker.
