Sounds like you are talking about my '29 roadster. Tried all the easy things to get the doors and hood to line up but it was frame sag all the time. Simple job on a lift with chains on the frame...

Pop out switch
Is there someone who is known for doing a good job rebuilding these switches and has them for sale ? Got burned a while back with one but it looks good hanging on my shop wall. Thanks, Bill

Rear axle ratio and car speed
Due to damage I had to replace the ring and pinion in my '29. Went from stock 3.78:1 to a 3.54:1. Did not change the speedometer gear. If my speedometer reads 40 mph what might be my actual speed ? ...

instrument panel light
With the bulb in the socket it is always on. Cover on or off makes no difference. I'd like to get it to work correctly so any suggestions will be appreciated. Regards, Bill

throttle control

front tire wear
On a friend's '29 roadster the right front tire shows significant wear in the center and towards the outside of center. Outside tread is OK. Checked the toe in and it is 1/16" + so that is good....
