You will need to bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel, with the clutch disk in place, just as it would be when in use, and then adjust the fingers using the tool....

If the radiator cap happens to be nickel plated, which I think is unlikely, you can use Brass Black to darken it. It can then be polished to achieve whatever level of weathering suits you.

If it's chrome then you will probably have to buff it off. That will expose whatever is underneath, but if the material underneath is not brass it may not look very authentic.

I'll go try my soon to be rebuilt generator( it really only needs bearings) and see what it does, and will...

The movable brush goes to the field but how about the other two? One to ground and the other to the output.

With the ignition key off the fuse still blew.....I even disconnected the red wire between the coil to my aftermarket ignition switch.

I forgot to get a picture of the heads of the studs(slotted screws) before I insulated them, but there is an adequate gap as long as the screws are tight.

A little more clearance sure wouldn't...

My ccpu came to me with one and I still use it.

There is a small filter available that fits into the fuel shutoff valve, inside the tank. a good addition if you don't already have one.

There is a Model A pickup. Both a closed cab which would be nearly identical to the cab on your AA, and there is an open cab pickup.

This is the turnbuckle mentioned above. Normally it is used for clutch pedal adjustment.

Ideally you would like 1" of pedal movement before the throwout bearing contacts the pressure plate arms....
