I didn't grab a pic but the 36 inner fender doesn't have that hole. It's funny I've messed with tons of 35 and 6's and never noticed that. There 8s, however, a hole in the fender brace I'm gambling...

Thanks don. That helps a ton. Now I just need go figure out where they exit into the wheel wells.
