What I don't understand is if I hook both wires as shown under there tabs doesn't that cause the wire going to the light switch become hot, It appears that the bar that brass holder that holds both...

Horn Trouble

I am reinstalling my Horn. I wired it as I read as shown below. The problem I am having when I install the 2 wires ,1 wire on each tab the wire the goes to the light switch is hot and horn is stuck on
