Re: Spring Perches 1909-1912

I understand that difference, now that you mention it, but do the early and later perches connect to the Springs, in the same way? Steven Lang told me that he didn't think that many are still using...

Spring Perches 1909-1912

I find Spring Perches in the Lang's Catalog, left and right, for Model T, 1919-1927, but nothing for 1909-1912 (or maybe 1919). Is a spring perch the same for all years of Model T?

Re: Building an Early Model T (1909-14)

I don't want to simply buy a car and drive it, but I would like the challenge of building a car and being able to say that I did.

Re: Great T supply house

I guess when thinking about Hubs and Bearings and other key suspension parts, reproduced/new is the way to go. 100 year old parts only last so long, I guess.

Re: T wheels

The wheels were sold for $265, I think. I was shocked. I would have supported the $100-$150 per wheel theory.

Re: Building an Early Model T (1909-14)

I would like to stay with parts for a 1913-14. I do not want to necessarily mix parts from a 1913 car and a 1927 car.
