Yes, that is correct. Clockwise to tighten as you are facing the plate from the underside of the car.

License Plate Search

Hello, I have a 1930 Tudor and I'm searching for a pair of Indiana plates for it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to look? I have found single plates on eBay, but no pairs.
