The light switch internals (as shown in #2 & #4 postings above) limit the rotation of the horn switch and spider. You should not have 360 degrees of rotation.

The switch has a stamped key that fits into a cut out on the mounting that is attached to the bottom of the steering box. The key should not move out of the cutout. Sometimes the key is not fully...
