'37 Body mounts / Door alignment

'37 Tudor sedan. Replaced all the rubber body mounts. Two questions:

1) How tight is tight? Is there a torque spec for the body bolts?

'28/9 Sport Coupe back half

Clamped in a vise, it's obvious that there is a difference in size between the two. The black one is a known '28/9. Also, the mounting area is the same between the two.

Oddly enough, they both are the same thickness at the mounting point. I'll try to take some pic's and post them. also, the headlight bar mounting holes are further up towards the top of the fender...
