Thanks to all for your help. I tried Fast Etch and have that area of the frame down to bare metal but no sign of any serial number. Looks like I'll be lifting the body off of the side mount.

I tried to watch episode 2 tonight but the amount of commercials made it unwatchable. Plus, after each commercial break, the narrations from before the break were repeated. Sometime 3 times.

Thanks Kube. On the cowl, there are two horizontal cage bolts. I bolted the fender to the rear hole but I don't see a use for the forward hole. If I bolt the lower rear corner as you stated and...

The large hole of course is for the headlight mount and the small hole next to it is for the horn. The only unknown hole is the lower hole in the center of each fender.
