last two engines available are at the machine shop, I will look for deck stampings when I get them back. the saying around here is they are in machine shop jail and will be out when they are paroled!

correlation is coming to a complete stop before putting into first gear. non synchro trans will grind with out doing this. when are you going to change the trans gear oil? look for metal in bottom...

ran my 41 1 1/2 ton truck with the period wheels and changed them out myself, taking them apart with the old tires was the hardest. great look for the truck

depending upon the year of the shift "tower" you may not have a reverse lock out lever that is pulled up. during ww2 the army had ford remove the lock out lever. we recently had a 4 speed in a 39...

yes, I think it is the same type for 49/51 dual exhaust-kind of strange the different lettering from ca on the same manifold

the one with the fomoco cast into it is an EAB? 52/53? the first one is an after market creation. I will try to get some better pictures.

drill two hole on opposite sides--run a large sheet metal screw in and pry out seal using the alternate holes. always remember the "edge" of the seal goes against the fluid side
