There are also canvas anti-squeak square pads used between various components such as:

- engine splash pan to frame
- closed car windshield regulator to dash panel attachment
- seat...

The rear fenders and front fenders had welting between the body and fenders. If your going to buy welting Roy Nacewics at www.fordscript.com sells the correct period welting.

For the 1934 Roadster 40-710 and according to Ford’s assembly draw SK-12001 they installed friction tape at the following points. The friction tape that Ford used is very similar to the black cloth...
