Any chance the battery is installed negative ground, the generator wont care
but the alternator will.

This chart is for AA's but the axle ratios in the right column's are the same.
The AA's had 6.00x20 tires.

Looks like an original mirror bracket also, take care of it.
If you need chassis parts such as front axle, brakes and transmission
a lot were the same from 1930-34.

Sure looks like it. Usually they take the fuel from the carburetor bowl.
I've seen one like that on a Model A because you can't take fuel from
the bowl because it is gravity fed.

I check three shells and two are 20 1/2" and one is 20" the radiator was 20 1/4"

That is one of the mistakes in the red book, should be around 25-30.
Another mistake in the pan bolts no way 20 ft lb.
