I may have mis spoke. The spare is a three speed just like the ones in a 1948 pickup.

If I decide to keep this transmission as a backup for my 1939 pickup, what can I change to adapt it for use on the closed shaft setup on my truck? Appreciate the advice and suggestions.

I have a three speed, top shift case 78-7006, that needs to be rebuilt. I hope to rebuild it with synchronized gears.

I am looking for the brass .060 oil flow restrictor used on the inlet side of the oil filter. Old stock is preferred just for the original look. Many Thanks.

Gas tank removal -39 pickup

Looks like I will need to remove my gas tank on my 1939 Pickup. Does it remove up thru bed or drop down? Any items to consider? IE: fuel gauge sending unit, overflow? Thanks

I finally got my picture loaded but was way slow. Thanks for the better picture. I noticed yours was a Vanpelt Sales. I much prefer an old model unit but will check Vanpelt Sales.
