Rock, thanks for the review. Appears the brake on the hoist is not engaging smoothly.
Not sure if they use a mechanical brake, or electric. Based on the price, might be mechanical, thus the jerky...

Deuce Roadster makes an excellent comment. Those chemicals get into your eyes, skin, etc. Check that AC filter in the pic, it is all red, you need several of these for supply and exhaust.

Switch wires at SW gauge terminals. BAT and ARM tied together? I use the stock amp gauge on my 49. Usually volt meters are used with alternators.

Those seat bolts pass through the body mounts into the frame, so be careful the rubber
biscuits and a shim or two do not move. Although they are most likely corroded to the body or the frame.

The Ford service manual has no pictures, diagrams only. Always take pics prior and during the process. The horizontal pin was removed.
Will drill a few holes and also use the hex head sheet...
