The headers from Reds that I have used are tig welded together. I
just finished a repair similar to yours for a gentleman with a set off a Ford Y Block. A tig weld repair would be the best imo.

IM 1470 is the PPG code I used for Vineyard green on my 34 pu. Had
the local auto body supply mix it in dbc but it was also available in Concept
single stage.

Hi Mike , just cleaned out the tank in my 57 f100 , the tank , fuel lines , pump and carb all had this brown mud throughout , probably was never
cleaned out.

12-16 seems a little light for new bearings.
