yeah thinking about replacing an old instrument panel to terminal box harness.
I typically order from either Snyder's or Walt's.

I agree with you, Dan, if you over-choke the carb gas pours out of it.

Did we ever learn why he would have an incorrect timing gear cover on the car?

we need a consensus about adjusting the length of brake rods.

weren't the earliest brake rods non-adjustable?

if no adjustment was ever deemed desirable, why were the brake rods threaded?

trivial: new wiring harnesses etc. never really fit the posts they go on?

have you guys ever noticed that many new loop wiring terminals, be they on the various harnesses or on trickle chargers, never really easily go onto the posts and you have to hog out the holes...

I agree with the observation that the 28-29s look more antique but the body construction is better on the later models....the earlier models having that removable front cowl section is a crazy...

wasn't there some contention here a while back that repro cones were not made correctly? we certainly have had posts complaining of the windshield pivoting inward no matter what the owner tried.

actually, changing to an alternator that has been created via an original generator has been one of the happiest things I've done.

I know there could be multiple reasons but what is going on when a horn on one car can go full-throated with the car not running, but another car needs the
engine running to hit the high notes? And...
