The Restoration Shop line of paint at TCP Global would have what you want. I used their Cloud Mist Gray on my 40 business coupe. Happy with results.

Might all be Lincoln. I think those hinges look like what I saw on a 40 Lincoln I helped work on for a restoration, with the dual springs. Last picture looks like a cowl light bracket maybe earlier...

The HF near me sells Mighty Vac brand. My old aluminum Mighty Vac was all corroded up and I bought a new one and was glad to see it was mostly plastic. Have no problem bleeding brakes with it.

There are 2 versions of that top boot because of the early/late number of snaps on the out side when viewed from the side. Make sure what you get matches your car.

Ed, getting the rear drums off IF PROPERLY TIGHT can be a challenge without the proper puller that pulls on the ridge of the hub close to the nut that holds it on. You will hear of a KRWilson puller...

Tom, you can even see the original "Butler" finish on the lower part of the lever. I am sure the patina guys would like that as is. It is very complete.
