I'm pretty sure the bump on the pulley is 2degs. When checking the timing with a light be sure to disconnect the vacuum line attached to the distributor vacuum diaphragm.

There is a place in Arizona called Cool Kraft that makes radiators for most old fords. I got one for my 49 a four core for less than my local radiator shop wanted for a re-core.
