I looked at Miller tire. Called down to the tire shop that is close to where i work which is 50 miles from the house. They could get 7.50 and 8.25 for $400 each mounted. Talked to a buddy who lives...

What brands are the best to buy in the 7.50 and 8.25 size? Talked to the local tire shop near me and they have a brand called Vee Rubber.

What Size Truck Tires for 1946 1.5 ton???

Looking at getting tires for my 46 1.5 ton truck. Has 7.50x20 in the front and 8.25x20 on the rear. What size came on the truck originally and what size if everyone running?

46 1.5 Ton Truck Wheel Cylinder Line Adapter

It screws into the front wheel cylinder of my 46 ford 1.5 ton truck. Then the rubber brake hose screws into it.

took 30 minutes to clean all the dried up grease and oil off with a flat screw driver. Had some small rocks that made it about as hard as concrete to get out. Its exactly like it how everyone here...

46 Big Truck Transmission Rubber Mounts ???

Trying to figure what rubber mount Ford used in a 46 1.5 ton truck. has the 4 speed with the emergency brake on the transmission. Have a picture of the two old rubber mounts along with the new one...

Big Truck 2 Speed Rear Axle Parts

Have a 46 Ford 1.5 ton truck with the 2 speed rear axle. Has anyone come up with a replacement for the old vacuum shifting for the 2 speed axle?

Found a new wide belt crank pulley and new truck water pumps. I'm assuming that the 52 style truck pumps are at the correct height for 46 truck frame?

I was wanting the original flathead rebuilt but I can't find anyone in my area.

Picked the original flathead engine up today and brought it home. Haven't had much time to work on it due to work....

Finally talked to the shop that has the engine. Looks like I'm bringing it back home exactly how I dropped it off. Guess I'll be putting a sbc in it along with a transmission adapter in order top use...

Engine hadn't been touched 2 months ago when I checked in on it. I'll have to check out the wiring harness you mentioned.

Pulled the bed off the truck and got it outside after 10 years or so in the same spot. Took it to a shop to have the roof fixed. You can see how bad it was after someone walked on it decades ago....

Haven't made much progress lately. Went back to work after spring hit. Looking for a place to buy seals and maybe bearings for the transmission.
