What is the correct tire size for a 1940-41 Ford Pickup?

6:00 x 16? 6.50 x 16?

It is time to re-tire and want to know what the correct size should be.

It was a great swap meet. There were more vendors than in previous years and lots of people walking around carrying old car parts. There were also some really neat cars for sale and on display....

Thanks for the information.

The car does have a drum tail lamp as well as a "T" shaped rumble lid handle. Looks to be a pretty correctly restored car.

I forgot what color the top and bottom inserts of a 1931 stainless radiator shell should be painted? Lower piece black and upper piece body color, right?
